Turner & Townsend
is seeking Senior and Associate Cost Managers
to join the MEP Real Estate teams in London, Cambridge, Newcastle and across Scotland
, supporting the continued growth of the Real Estate sector. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and masterplans while contributing to the development and success of clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cost consultancy activities including feasibility estimating, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, tender evaluation, value engineering, commercial management, fee generation, dispute resolution and post-contract management.
• Promote a safe and secure working environment while supporting the organisation's values and culture.
• Foster team engagement, collaboration and high performance.
• Drive performance standards through effective communication, coaching and performance management practices.
• Contribute to a range of projects requiring technical evaluation, analysis and problem solving.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on project and technical matters.
• Clearly communicate project scope, roles and responsibilities to support successful project delivery.
• Oversee and manage service delivery to achieve high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

• A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar) or working towards
• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
• Experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clients
• Knowledge & contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below)
• Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
