Our client is an ambitious and expanding company, working alongside accounts nationwide to bring their brands to life, aiming to create exciting, innovative brand experiences that inspire and get people talking. • Enter details of any order onto the new order smart sheet and production control smart sheet.
  • Carry out production updates with suppliers to ensure production runs to agreed timescales.
  • Give all necessary paperwork to the warehouse so the warehouse team know if they need to dispatch goods immediately or hold goods in stock.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle all necessary customer or supplier queries and hand calls to the relevant person in the business.
  • Handle all online orders and call‑offs and process or place in the tray for dispatching.
  • Check and file samples in the relevant customer file.
  • Work closely with all other departments and the relevant supply chain to achieve agreed contractual due dates.
  • Monitor all causes of late/excessive lead times and identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Focus on process improvement with a view to minimising lead times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers from receipt of order to delivery.

They are looking for someone who always acts in the best interest of the client and delivers timely and outstanding customer satisfaction through the provision of good relationship management with the client.
