Customer Administrator

Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Customer Operations Executive, based in Inchinnan, Renfrewshire. This is a Full time permanent role.

Hours of work are 9:00am–5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am–4:00pm Friday.

Please note, This is a fully onsite role. Please note that hybrid or remote working is not available for this position.

The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, and account status
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery. Experience in export processes and paperwork an advantage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and internal service processes
• Follow company policies, service standards, and escalation procedures
