  We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)

  • Holds a degree or has relevant youth work/education experience

  • Has experience with or is open to supporting personal care needs

  • Has restraint training or is willing to undergo it

  • Is committed, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with children

  • Can confidently deliver 1:1 and small group support

  • Is eager to develop their skills and step up to cover lessons when needed

  • Is available to start immediately or secure a role for September
