Job DescriptionBehaviour for Learning Lead at Harris Garrard Academy. Salary: £32,521.10 to £34,506.06 (42 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week).
We are looking for an experienced Behaviour for Learning Lead.
Qualifications and Experience- Proven success in raising achievement
- High level of ICT skills and experience of how new technologies can be used to raise achievement
- Good understanding of creative whole school strategies for improving literacy and numeracy and their importance in raising achievement
- Willingness to use coaching as a model for ensuring ongoing professional development
- Ideally, experience in multi-ethnic urban schools
