** The role involves maintaining the District work programme, ensuring that tasks and priorities are clearly organised and updated as needed. A key part of the job is to co‐ordinate District work and resources on a reactive basis, effectively managing workloads to cover absences, training commitments, and other operational demands.

Implementation of work programme project administration controls – e.g adding/removing staff to the virtual planner due to new employees, retirement, role changes.

Ensure awareness and complicity with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements. Planning and Organising skills. Excellent communication skills. Significant all round administrative experience. Working knowledge of Business IT systems. Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices. Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.
