Bourns, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and manage the continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. The successful candidate will champion CI principles and develop a culture of continuous improvement while analyzing current processes and implementing sustainable improvements.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 6 years of experience in continuous improvement, and project management background. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for this role.
