Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Manager with experience in agriculture or plant machinery to oversee a service team in Scotland, based in Kilmarnock. You will manage 4 direct reports and 27 engineers, schedule work, liaise with clients, and drive KPIs while delivering high service standards.
Working hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a company vehicle, bonus and clear progression routes within a long-established supplier to the sector.
