Title: Paisley Halloween Festival 2026/27/28 - Lighting and Projection

Abstract: Renfrewshire Council is seeking a highly experienced and established creative company to develop and install Lighting and Projection for Paisley Halloween Festival 2026, 2027 with the optional 1-year extension for 2028; at the sole discretion of the Council. The Council is seeking an experienced service provider who can deliver a full programme for Paisley Halloween Festival in accordance with this specification and Council strategies.
