Meraki Talent have been retained to appoint a permanent Global Group Financial Controller in the UK paying £150,000 base salary with 40% incentives & excellent benefits.

The position of Global Group Financial Controller is a newly developed role reporting to, and deputising for the Chief Financial Officer. The key components of the role will include:

• Reporting to, and deputising for the CFO
• Leading a team of 10 including hiring, training, mentorship & development
• Ownership of external reporting, financial reporting, governance, risk & compliance
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders both internally & externally
• Leading on several international high profile process improvement projects
• Providing commercial finance support to the CFO & Board

We are seeking an individual that can be on site a few days per week just outside London - if the successful application is from the wider UK then the business will provide full travel expenses (flights/trains, hotels, food allowance). The employer will also provide excellent flexible & hybrid working, including at least 2 days a week from home. The role will offer:

• 40% incentives (20% bonus & 20% profit share)

We are keen to engage with qualified Accountants that match the below criteria:

• A proven track record in leadership roles within a group finance structure
• Centre of excellence/shared services experience
• Strong complex external & finance reporting experience
• Global/international experience - ideally with both IFRS & US GAAP but not essential
