Finance Manager

Description:

We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing business in Co. Tyrone, supplying customers across the UK and Ireland. This Finance Manager role offers the opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership position where your insights and decisions directly influence the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll lead a small finance team, strengthen financial processes, and provide strategic guidance during an important transition period.

The Role:

Take full ownership of monthly management accounts and provide meaningful insights to the Managing Director Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team Strengthen financial processes and ensure reporting accuracy Manage cash flow to support sustainable growth Oversee payroll, HMRC returns, and statutory compliance Lead year-end audits and liaise with external auditors Partner with operational departments to support commercial decision-making Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

The Person :
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience Commercially aware and confident in interpreting financial data Proactive and comfortable leading from the front Highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Excel and financial systems Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercially focused finance role Ambitious, proactive, and ready for genuine responsibility The Rewards: £50,000-£60,000 salary depending on experience Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making Key leadership role within a stable, growing business Real opportunities for career progression Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, on-site, supporting work-life balance Next Steps:
