Senior Manager CommercialFP&Ato join our
EMEA Commercial Finance team within the Genetic Sciences Division Life Sciences Solutions Group
. In this role you will partner with commercial leadership to drive strategic decision-making throughfinancialplanning forecastingbusinessanalytics and investment management. You will leverage forward-lookinganalytics business acumen and modern financetools to support business growth optimizeoperating expenses and enhance commercial performance.
Working closely withthe Director of Finance and senior business leaders acrossEMEA and Globalteams you willhave broadorganizational visibilityand the opportunity to influence key business decisionswhile supporting long-term strategic planning.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Globaland EMEA Commercial Leadership to support business growth throughcustomer analysis dealmanagement KPI tracking trend analysis and variance reporting.
Utilize data visualization tools and AI-enabled analytics toimprove reporting identify growth opportunities streamlineworkflows and generateactionable insights.
Lead Operating Expense Headcount and Investmentplanning management and reporting processes.
Driveforecasting activities
Quarterly Business Reviews(Q ) Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic 5-Year Plan (STRAP) in partnership with business leaders.Develop financial models define performance metrics and provide strategicinsights that supportdata-driven decision-making.
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting through Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives.
Bachelors degree inFinance
Accounting or anotherbusiness-related field(MBA CFA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage).Typically 8 yearsofprogressive experience in finance financial planning & analysis ora related field.
Strong businesspartnering experience with commercial leadership ina multinational organization.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with expertise in Excel Power BI and AI-enabledanalytics.
Experience working withina complex global matrixed organization.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills withthe ability to influence senior leadership.
Excellent analytical thinking financial storytelling and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines ina fast-paced environment.
High attentionto detail andstrong organizational skills.
Self-motivated witha proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional and international teams.
Adaptability and resilience in a continuously evolving business environment.
