Renfrewshire Council is seeking a More Homes Officer to join the Housing Regeneration Team. This role focuses on bringing empty private sector properties back into use as affordable housing for rent, supporting the ambitious £100m Regeneration and Renewal programme.
Applicants should be qualified to SVQ level 3 or equivalent and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This two-year temporary position includes responsibilities for implementing the Council's Empty Homes Strategy and promoting quality affordable housing.
