You will enable our clients to maintain their independence as a genuine alternative to residential care, often working in remote areas. This is a role of profound trust and variety.

• Providing personal care and moving & handling support.
• Offering vital companionship and emotional support.
• Supporting with medication administration.
• Assisting with shopping, domestic tasks, and general welfare checks.
• Accompanying clients on appointments or social outings.

Due to the remote locations of our clients across Hexham and the surrounding areas, a valid driver’s licence and access to your own reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
