NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is recruiting a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Cardiology team, focusing on the Heart Failure Diagnostic Pathway Clinic and Nurse-Led Chest Pain Service, delivering patient-centred care.
You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, undertaking assessment, diagnosis, management and coordination of care to ensure timely access to specialist cardiology expertise and evidence-based treatment.
