Support Worker Healthcare

We are looking for reliable, caring and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Liverpool. The role involves supporting individuals across a variety of settings and needs, including: EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) Learning Disabilities (LD) Autism Leaving Care Supported Living You will play an important role in helping the people we support to live as independently as possible, promoting their wellbeing, dignity, confidence and quality of life.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for individuals who are:
Caring, compassionate and genuinely committed to supporting others Reliable, responsible and punctual Confident working with individuals with a range of support needs Able to work independently and as part of a team Professional and respectful in their approach Flexible and adaptable when working across different settings Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential, with 2 years' experience preferred. Experience working with EBD, learning disabilities, autism, leaving care or supported living would be highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS Full right to work in the UK Previous care/support work experience – 2 years preferred DBS on the Update Service OR willing to obtain a new DBS Reliable and committed to working full-time Caring, compassionate and professional approach IMPORTANT WE DO NOT OFFER VISA SPONSORSHIP.
