As Senior Care Assistant, you will lead your team to deliver safe, high quality, person-centred care, oversee medication, monitor wellbeing and ensure accurate care records are maintained. SVQ2 is required;
Level 3 is desirable, with medication training essential. Strong communication and leadership are key.
