HR & Payroll Manager, Trust - Jersey

Overview

Our client is a well-established trust business providing offshore specialist financial services to private and institutional investors. They are seeking to appoint a human resources and payroll manager to be based in their Jersey office. Ideally, applicants will possess the CIPD qualification, along with excellent exposure performing the range of duties involved within a large financial services provider. You will also be familiar with Jersey Employment Law and Payroll processing.

• Management of HR and payroll functions for the Jersey office
• Ensure compliance with Jersey Employment Law and payroll processing
• Collaborate with senior management on HR strategy and employee relations

• Industry-recognised CIPD qualification
• Experience in HR and payroll roles within a large financial services provider
• Strong knowledge of Jersey Employment Law and payroll processes
