About the roleFirst things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. This is a pivotal role for Mews as we enter the next phase of our high-growth journey. Our ideal candidate has a successful track record at SaaS or fintech B2B technology companies. You should also have experience positioning a company as a thought leader in their space. You'll receive high-level objectives from the leadershipteamandmust figure out withyourteamhow to accomplish those objectives using knowledge, data and experience.

- Employee Relations Management. Be an expert in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on people deliverables
- Employee Lifecycle Management. Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
- Learning & Development:
Work closely with the L&D Manager, support the design and delivery of appropriate training and development programs with a focus on succession planning and talent development - Management & People Data Analysis. Demonstrate very strong analytical capabilities and influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
- People Team Programs Design & Execution. Develop and own the delivery of the strategic people-related plans for each Mews business leader, ensuring consistency with the People Team's key objectives and goals & enforcing consistency with our policies & procedures.
- Organisation Structure & Design:
Working closely with Fintech Leadership, build out a standalone function and drive a resource plan for critical senior hires to support org development and design and deliver compliance for IPO readiness - Champion collaborative cross-functional relationships and e nsure alignment of People related programs by partnering with fellow Mewsers (peers and colleagues).
- Experience leading and working on transformational, complex cross-functional projects with multiple partners, including experience working internationally (opening new countries).
- Ideally, you have experience supporting an IPO or you have worked in a highly regulated payments environment.
- Experience of operating as a strategic People Business Partner with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high volume, fast-paced, hands-on environment within a tech company.
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment, embracing ambiguity and positioning risk-adjusted decisions to progress the business
