This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in employee relations who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and established HR environment. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £35,000, alongside the opportunity to work closely with managers and employees across the organisation.

The Role

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide advice and support across a broad range of HR and employee relations matters, helping managers to deal with issues effectively, fairly and in line with company policies and employment legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of employee relations matters.
• Supporting disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Advising on absence management, performance and capability issues.
• Supporting managers throughout employee relations cases from initial discussions through to resolution.
• Providing guidance on company policies, procedures and employment legislation.
