As an AI Implementation Engineer
, you’ll be responsible for implementing, configuring, and deploying AI‑powered virtual agents into customer environments. You’ll work with established frameworks and internal tooling, with a focus on integration, automation, and delivery rather than training core models from scratch.

You’ll join a fast‑moving implementation team that shares best practices, iterates quickly, and continuously improves how AI solutions are delivered at scale.

• Implement and deploy AI‑driven virtual agents into production environments
• Integrate AI systems with customer software, APIs, and existing workflows
• Automate processes using a combination of software engineering and AI tools
• Collaborate closely with product, platform, and customer‑facing teams
• Leverage modern AI tooling (LLMs, agent frameworks, orchestration tools) to accelerate delivery
• Contribute to improving internal implementation frameworks and delivery processes
• Debug, optimise, and iterate on deployed solutions based on real‑world usage

• Strong software engineering background (Python, JavaScript/Type Script, or similar)
• Experience building and deploying production systems
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and backend services
