We’re a fast-growing EdTech startup driven by curiosity, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making. We’re seeking a talented Data Scientist who can turn complex data into actionable insights, help our teams make smarter decisions, and shape how we scale to improve learning worldwide.
What You’ll Do- Turn user behavior data into meaningful insights that directly impact product and business decisions.
- Design and track metrics that monitor and drive company operations.
- Solve key business questions using data—your analyses will influence strategy across teams.
- Enable product development with data-driven recommendations and A/B testing.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards for teams across the company.
- Ensure data systems run smoothly and maintain high-quality data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to support projects from planning to execution.
As a Data Scientist, your work will help shape how our startup leverages data to make smarter, faster decisions and make learning more engaging for users worldwide.
Must-Have Skills- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
- Excellent SQL skills for querying data and building data models.
- Strong Python skills for analysis, manipulation, and automation.
- Experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in data visualization and creating interactive dashboards.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred).
- Experience with data warehousing and analytical databases (we use Redshift).
- Knowledge of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow) and transformation tools (dbt).
- Awareness of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Make a real impact—your insights and analyses will shape decisions that drive growth.
