Previous escalation IT support - 2nd Line MSP Experience highly advantageous Windows Server administration & troubleshooting Office 365 Admin (i.e Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange Online) Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services General networking administration - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs Full UK Drivers licence is essential Preferred (not essential):

Provide 2nd line support for all customers via phone, email or face-to-face Provide an escalation point for 1st line colleagues. Offer technical guidance aligned with industry best practices for both clients and internal teams. Manage, prioritise and plan own work queue and deal with calls within the set SLAs.
