EDV Application Support Engineer

eDV Cleared Application Support Engineer | £500-£600p/day (Outside IR35) | Gloucestershire (5 days onsite) | Must have active eDV clearance | 6 months (rolling contract) We're looking for an experienced Application support engineer with active eDV clearance to join a collaborative onsite team responsible for designing, deploying and supporting infrastructure in a secure environment. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work across physical and virtual infrastructure.

This role is fully on site and you must be comfortable with this working arrangement!

Key responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain resilient physical and virtual infrastructure Monitor system health, performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues Automate infrastructure and operational processes using tools such as Ansible Provide technical consultancy on system integrations using REST APIs, SFTP, webhooks and other interfaces Manage the full lifecycle of customer integrations, from implementation through to retirement Key

Skills:

Active eDV clearance is essential Proven experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in secure or complex environments Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous systems and integrations Desirable skills:
Familiarity with API definitions:
