Commercial Underwriter, Insurance - Jersey

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Underwriter with our client's Underwriting Team based in their Jersey office.

In this role you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service for underwriting referrals on complex and non-standard commercial risks from brokers and their broker partners.
To be considered for the opportunity, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;

Pro-active, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Ensuring tasks are seen through to completion
Good communication skills
An ability to influence and build relationships
A natural ability to juggle multiple demands
Working accurately with attention to detail

A Certification CII qualification is desirable however if you have begun to sign up to your exams or have shown a willingness to study towards your Certification CII qualification, then you will be considered.
