Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at our Paisley office. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently handling residential conveyancing transactions

Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

Drafting and reviewing legal documentation

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Maintaining accurate records and using case management systems

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

Strong working knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
