Pay Range

Provided by Bauer Media Outdoor UK. Actual pay based on skills and experience. Salary £28,000 plus an annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and overtime rates for on‑call duties.

We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join the Delivery Team at our Cumbernauld Depot. Bauer Media Outdoor is one of the leading out‑of‑home media owners, committed to creating the future of media, with more than 40,000 advertising sites across the UK. Our talented team of over 650 people works in 14 locations nationwide, delivering memorable advertising campaigns.

• Work with the maintenance team to complete all repairs on advertising units, bus shelters and billboards in the Renfrewshire area.
• Perform hands‑on tasks such as painting, replacing parts, metal repairs and occasional gardening.
• Occasionally assist the Posting & Cleaning Team, ensuring adverts are posted to a high standard and keep shelters clean for the community.
• Be available for an on‑call rota for out‑of‑hours damage, with attractive allowances.

• Driving licence with no more than three points.
• Experience using cordless hand tools.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, carrying out physical tasks.
• Previous maintenance or stock management experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
