The Role
As a Groundcare Engineer, you will:

Service, maintain, and repair a variety of ground care machinery, including Toro products.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, ensuring first-class resolutions.
Provide on-site and workshop-based support to our clients, delivering excellent customer service.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to maximize equipment performance.
Collaborate with the dealership team to uphold the highest standards of service and support.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Groundcare Engineer or similar role.
Expertise in ground care machinery, especially Toro products, is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A full UK driving license is essential.
