Mobile Cleaning Supervisor Benefits
- Temp to perm with a starting pay rate of £14.23ph. You will also earn holiday pay.
- Cover but not limited to – Maidstone, Barking, Basildon, Enfield, Dartford
- 37.5 hours per week
- Mon-Fri – 08:30 – 17:00
- Full UK driving licence required
- Van and petrol will be provided by the client
The Mobile Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring excellent cleaning standards are achieved at all sites within their remit. Their main aim will be to complete regular site visits and audits, be responsible for line management of the Cleaning Operatives and maintain good working relationships with those in their team as well as Regional Facilities Managers and the client.
Duties- Ensure excellent cleaning standards are achieved and maintained at all sites within their remit.
- Carry out regular site visits and cleaning audits, completing the necessary paperwork.
- Line management of site operatives including maintaining accurate records of attendance, absence, holidays and training (Human Focus).
- Timely submission of employee timesheets, leaver notifications and variation to contracts in line with the payroll timetable to ensure correct pay is processed.
- Assist with HR meetings in line with company policies and procedures, with support from HR and the Regional Facilities Manager as required.
- Supervision of site operatives ensuring they adhere to site rules and maintain a smart appearance with correct use of uniform and PPE.
- Raise vacancy requests and assist with recruitment, induction and training of new site operatives whilst ensuring compliance to relevant legislation including Right to Work and completion of relevant new starter paperwork in accordance with company requirements.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety moments to embed Health & Safety best practices.
- Maintain good working relationships with the client and employees.
- Deliver agreed services within the budget allocated.
- Maintain stock levels and place monthly orders.
- Provide cleaning cover for sickness and holiday absence or ensure suitable alternative cover is arranged. Attend departmental meetings as required
- Must hold a current DBS Certificate
- Full UK Driving Licence
