About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, JMC Aviation is currently recruiting for an Aircraft Cleaner to support their aircraft operations.
This is a hands-on, physical role requiring a high standard of cleaning and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work as part of a team on a flexible rota covering Monday to Sunday and must be comfortable working within an aircraft environment, including at heights and in confined spaces.
This is a temporary, ongoing opportunity with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out aircraft cleaning duties to the required standards.
- Ensure assigned cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
- Work safely within an aircraft and aviation environment, following all relevant procedures.
- Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Work effectively as part of the cleaning team.
- Work flexibly on a rota covering Monday through Sunday.
- Undertake duties that may involve working at heights and within confined spaces.
Candidate Requirements
- Good previous professional cleaning experience.
- Comfortable undertaking a physically demanding role.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Flexibility to work 3 days across 7, including weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and relevant safety procedures.
- Previous cleaning experience within an engineering or industrial environment.
- Previous experience working within an aviation or aircraft environment.
