Deputy Branch Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Branch Manager for our branch in Paisley, Renfrewshire.

This role is a permanent position, working full‑time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

You’ll need to be a team player with the ability to work closely with all your branch colleagues.

• Day‑to‑day, you’ll be supporting and working alongside your Cluster/Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch and helping to achieve the best outcomes for both our customers and your team.
• Acting as a role model, most of your time will be spent on the shop floor, where you will inspire and motivate your team to provide an excellent service.
• Throughout all this, you’ll be investing time in coaching and developing your team to a high standard.
• This role will require working with a high level of autonomy and you’ll be juggling several different priorities at any one time.

• Strong team management and leadership capabilities that will shine through and motivate the team around you.
• Proven success in a Retail branch environment with the ability to work and deliver results in line with expectations.
• A clear and methodical approach, dealing well with complex issues.
• A sound knowledge of bank policies and procedures, and a good understanding of our range of products/services.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
