Senior Project Manager role for someone who enjoys proper delivery responsibility. You will lead high quality workplace projects end to end, work with grown‑up clients and teams, and have real influence inside a respected London contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management on CAT B Design & Build workplace schemes from £1 M–10 M.
• Lead workplace proposals from enquiry to pitch on £1 M–4 M projects in London.
• Take briefs, shape design, build cost plans, partner with specialists, and influence wins early.
• Run and grow a Manchester design and build business with national backing.
• Lead high value workplace projects across France, shaping studio growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technically complex projects at senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and profits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
