Assistant General Services Manager

HRC Recruitment are working with a leading organisation to recruit an Assistant General Services Manager for their busy site in Renfrew.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Facilities professional looking to develop their career within Soft FM.

The Role
Working alongside the General Services Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day delivery of facilities services across the site, including cleaning, security, catering and general facilities.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the day-to-day management of the site
Managing and coordinating cleaning and security teams
Supporting subcontractors and suppliers
Managing work orders and service schedules
Supporting Health & Safety and compliance
Liaising with the client and dealing with any issues
Supporting budgets, purchasing and monthly reporting
Assisting with payroll and people administration
Supporting recruitment, training and development
Deputising for the General Services Manager when required
About You
We are looking for someone with facilities management or facilities operations experience, ideally with a background in Soft FM.
You will be organised, practical and confident managing people, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Experience of Health & Safety, compliance, customer service and people management is important.
SAP experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
