Our Colwick facility specialises in precision brick cutting and preparation for a wide range of building applications. We’re committed to excellence in production, safety, and service to our customers.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced Brick Cutting Operative to join our busy production team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately and safely operating brick cutting machinery, preparing materials to specification, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained throughout the cutting process.

• Operate brick cutting and profiling machinery to meet production requirements.
• Accurately cut and shape bricks/materials to specified sizes and tolerances.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring conformity with specifications.
• Maintain work areas, machinery, and tools in a clean and safe condition.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Adhere strictly to health & safety procedures at all times.

• Experience in brick cutting, stone cutting, or a similar operative role.
• Skilled in the use of cutting tools and machinery with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to meeting production targets.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CSCS/operatives card) are desirable but not essential.
