Euro Projects Recruitment seeks a Plant/Operations Manager to lead a 24/7, high‑precision manufacturing site near Kirkcaldy. You will oversee production, engineering, supply chain, logistics, quality and HSE, driving site accountability for a complex, bespoke operation.
The role requires a proven leader from regulated manufacturing with lean/CI background;
Six Sigma desirability. Location supports near-Kirkcaldy work with one day remote flexibility.
