Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a Night shift Production Manager for our site in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. The role requires leading the night hygiene team to ensure compliance and safety during the 6pm–6am shift.
Key responsibilities include conducting hygiene audits, coordinating with production and quality teams, and implementing improvements to hygiene practices on a 4 on/4 off schedule.
