TIG Welder – Stainless & Carbon Steel Pipework

£23.00 per hour | £30.00 overtime
Central Belt | Temporary to Permanent

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to work across a range of industrial sites, including distilleries, breweries, waste‑to‑energy plants and food processing facilities. The role involves TIG welding stainless steel, carbon steel, thin‑wall metric stainless, hygienic and schedule pipework, working from technical drawings and to high‑quality coded welding standards.

• TIG weld stainless steel, carbon steel and thin‑wall stainless pipework.
• Interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Maintain high quality standards in line with coded welding and quality requirements.
• Work independently or as part of a team on multiple industrial sites.
• Adhere to health, safety and workmanship guidelines.

• Proven TIG welding experience within an industrial pipework environment.
• Experience welding stainless and carbon steel pipework.
• Experience with thin‑wall stainless, hygienic systems and schedule pipework.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to weld to a high standard.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience working to coded standards and quality requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong focus on health, safety and workmanship.

• Central Belt based with occasional UK travel.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required as projects demand.
• Company van available upon permanent transfer, subject to agreement during the agency period.
• This is initially a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
