Salamander Solutions Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor for our Deeside, UK site to lead a multi-disciplinary shift team in a hazardous, high-precision environment. You will ensure safe, efficient production with rigorous quality control and strong documentation discipline.
The role requires 7+ years in metal manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervision, plus experience with ERP systems and Lean/Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
