Allstaff Manufacturing Division is recruiting a Night shift Process Lead for a permanent role near Johnstone, Renfrewshire. This 37-hour week runs Sunday to Thursday, night shift 9:30pm–6:00am with approx. 2.5 hours overtime.
The Process Lead supports the Lead Supervisor to guarantee operational efficiency and KPI delivery, driving improvements across Health & Safety, Quality, Workplace Organisation, and Sustainability while ensuring compliance and reporting.
