The Senior Tik Tok Creator Partnership Manager will lead the creator strategy, drive Tik Tok Shop performance, and set the standards for high-impact influencer content across key social platforms.
Responsibilities- Build and deliver an influencer roadmap tailored to Tik Tok’s creator ecosystem.
- Manage creator sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and long‑term relationship development.
- Oversee campaign workflows from outreach and activation through to analysis and optimisation.
- Scale Tik Tok Shop revenue through structured affiliate and creator programs.
- Guide experimentation into new niches, formats, and emerging communities to maximise ROI.
- Deep hands‑on experience running Tik Tok campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of creator marketplaces, affiliate tools, and social‑commerce operations.
- Proven track record managing campaigns end‑to‑end within ecommerce or consumer goods.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to mentor a small, fast‑moving team.
- Competency in light‑touch video editing tools such as Tik Tok, Cap Cut, or InShot.
