NHS Scotland in Caithness is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse with Older Adult Mental Health experience to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for adults 65+ or memory concerns. You will work with clients and families, monitor medications, and coordinate care with psychiatrists, GPs and social care.
You will be an active MDT member and may supervise students and support workers. You must be registered with the NMC and adhere to professional standards at all times.
