Join our team at Camilla House in Kirkcaldy, Fife, as a Staff Nurse on a bank basis. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Work flexibly to cover shifts as required, contributing to a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred nursing care in line with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support and supervise care staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly on a bank basis.
