Do you want to come and work with a small and committed team to help conserve one of the best nature reserves in south-west Scotland?

This is an exciting opportunity to come and work for the National Trust for Scotland at the mighty Grey Mare’s Tail for the season and get involved in hands on conservation work including species monitoring, practical management and public engagement.

We are looking for someone with:

• A positive attitude towards working with people and wildlife
• The ability to work alone in a challenging upland environment and be self-motivated as part of a small team
• A passion for the natural world and ability to communicate that with visitors
• Some knowledge of upland ecology and a desire to learn
