• Take full responsibility for the breakfast service
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to consistent standards
• Manage your section efficiently and maintain excellent hygiene standards
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Contribute ideas and maintain the high culinary reputation of the business

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (hotel experience preferred)
• Organised, calm, and efficient during busy services
• Passionate about quality ingredients and presentation
• Strong understanding of food safety and cleanliness
• A team player with a positive attitude
