Retail Supervisor – Full Time

Position:
Retail Supervisor at Farmfoods shop in Paisley, Renfrewshire. 39 hour full‑time role with flexible shift coverage across 5 days a week, including weekends.

Hours:

39 per week. Daily schedule: 5 days per week, 7-hour shifts (flexible across week). Pay: £13.61 per hour, guaranteed minimum 39 hours per week (£530 per week). Overtime may be available.

• Support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great customer service.
• Be responsible for running the shop in the manager’s absence ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries handled quickly and shop routines completed.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
• Control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

• Trustworthy and reliable to serve as an important member of a small team.
• Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
