• Greet customers and provide great service by listening to their needs.
• Provide expert advice to customers on their perfume choices, with training provided.
• Help the team achieve and exceed store and team targets, and participate in incentives and prizes.
• Offer every customer a free reward card to maximise future offers and savings.

• Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
• Regular hours with rota given at least four weeks in advance.
