Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we also have opportunities for this.

We schedule your contracted hours within these availability windows and give you exactly 3 weeks' notice of when your shifts will be. We support flexibility, so if the times you are available are close to, but not exactly the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.  to read more.
