Business Development Manager, £45,000 to £55,000, Company car + Commission, Glasgow

Responsibilities:

* Drive new business development with new and existing customers

* Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high service levels and repeat business

* Prepare quotations and proposals and manage the sales pipeline effectively

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

* Support marketing initiatives and represent the business at events and exhibitions

Requirements:

* Proven B2B sales or business development experience

* Strong experience within freight pallet networks and general haulage

* Excellent knowledge of the Scottish transport market

* Confident communication and presentation skills

* Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities

* An organised, proactive approach with the ability to work independently

* Event and exhibition experience (advantageous)

* Full UK driving licence
