Salary: £45k–£60k basic depending on experience

Bonus: 10–15% bonus (uncapped) + commission

• Sell water treatment chemicals and equipment across Scotland
• 80–90% of your time will be focused on prospecting for new business
• Manage existing accounts for the remaining 10–20%
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate new opportunities
• Plan daily sales activity, run marketing outreach, and update the CRM
• Work closely with internal teams, industry specialists, and supportive management

• Experience in water treatment sales is essential
• Strong client-facing and consultative selling skills
• Technical knowledge of steam boilers or cooling towers is ideal
• Based in Scotland with the ability to travel across the region
