Account Executive – UK (Remote)

As an Account Executive, you manage target‑accounts and an existing book of business of companies with 501–2,500 employees based in the United Kingdom. Your primary focus is hunting new business opportunities, building a sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Commercial sector. You also upsell into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high‑volume sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
  • Drive new business growth, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas and maintaining a high volume of outbound activity.
  • Identify and engage key decision‑makers within target accounts and close new business opportunities.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management and extend the benefits of Extended Access Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions.

    Password at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Travel within the UK region as required for client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Commercial accounts or high performance in SMB.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, closing deals with $50k+ ARR, and articulating deal strategy and outcomes.
  • Experience in upselling & cross‑selling to both new and existing customers.
  • Expertise leveraging executive stakeholders throughout deal cycles, multi‑threading opportunities, and securing in‑person meetings with key decision‑makers.
  • Strong outbound prospecting, pipeline management, strategic account planning, value‑based selling, and territory management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and C‑Suite presentation skills.
  • Resilient and self‑motivated with ability to manage high workloads and competing priorities.
  • Team‑player, coachable, and adaptable.
  • Experience partnering with channel resellers (account mapping, relationship building).
  • Familiarity with MEDDPI(C) or other rigorous qualification frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Outreach is preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Base salary between £53,000 and £74,000 GBP.
